Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at MemjiFirst. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1.Returns

We have 4 days return policy which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request return.

After receiving return product, refund will be credited within 3 days after confirmation return

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@rightdesk.in with your order details. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

• 1. Email us at support@rightdesk.in with your order number and reason for return
• 2. We’ll send return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable)
• 3. Package the item securely and send it back to us

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation
• If approved, a refund will be credited to your original payment method within *3–7 business days*
• Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

• 1. Check your bank account again.
• 2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider
• 3. Still no luck? Email us at support@rightdesk.in and we’ll help sort it out
• If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@rightdesk.in.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it. Contact us within *3 days* of receiving your order to start an exchange.

6. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is damaged or the return is due to our error.

7. Delivery

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 days.All items purchased from store are delivered within 2 - 3 days from the date of order placement

8. Replacement

Replacement will be provided within 5 days of receiving the return product
